By accessing kovocreditusa.com or any Kovo Credit service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Who may use Kovo Credit

You must be at least 18 years old (19 in AL and NE), a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and legally able to enter into contracts.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify Kovo Credit immediately of unauthorized use through our contact page.

4. Permitted use

Use the services only for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes.
Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works of the site.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe for vulnerabilities.

5. Loan products

Kovo Credit is a financial services and lender-matching platform. It is not a bank. Loan products are offered by third-party partner lenders, and all loans are subject to credit approval and lender terms. APRs for partner personal loans range from 5.99% to 35.99%; representative APR 29.9%. Specific APR, origination fees, and terms are disclosed in each loan offer before you accept.

6. Credit reporting

Kovo Credit reports account performance to major U.S. consumer reporting agencies. Reporting timelines are dependent on each bureau's own processing schedules. Kovo Credit does not guarantee any specific credit score outcome.

7. Intellectual property

The Kovo Credit name, logo, site design, written content, and software are owned by Kovo Credit. You may not use them without written permission.
