About us

Who we are, and why Kovo Credit exists.

Kovo Credit is a financial services and credit education platform founded on a simple belief: credit is a tool, and every American deserves to be taught how to use it.

About Kovo Credit illustration

Our mission

Nearly 1 in 10 U.S. adults is credit invisible — they have no file with the major consumer reporting agencies, which locks them out of mortgages, auto loans, apartment leases, and even some utility accounts. Millions more have thin or damaged files that make everyday financial life more expensive than it needs to be.

Kovo Credit was built to shrink that gap. We combine three things most lenders treat as separate silos:

  1. Credit-building tradelines that report on-time installment payments to the major U.S. consumer bureaus.
  2. Personal loan access between $200 and $5,000 through a vetted partner network, with transparent APR and term disclosures up front.
  3. Plain-English financial education written and reviewed by Certified Financial Education Instructors (CFEI®) — not AI-spun affiliate content.

We measure success by one metric: whether our members end their relationship with Kovo Credit in a stronger financial position than they started it.

Editorial standards & review process

Every page you read on KovoCreditUSA.com — including product pages, blog articles, and FAQ answers — goes through a three-stage review process designed to protect you from the misinformation that fills so much of the consumer finance web:

If you ever find a factual error on this site, contact us through our contact page and we will investigate and correct it within three business days.

We do not accept payment for favorable product reviews. We do not place pay-to-play ads in our blog articles. And we never sell your personal information to data brokers.

Where to reach us

We're a U.S.-based team with support that replies within one business day, Monday through Friday. See our Contact page for secure messaging and mailing address.

"Credit should not be a gatekeeper that quietly decides whether you can rent an apartment or fix your car. Our job is to pull back the curtain, teach the rules, and give you working tools." — Marcus Delaney, Head of Credit Education
