When Kovo Credit sends text messages

Kovo Credit may send text messages only when you have provided your mobile number and expressly consented to receive messages — typically during pre-qualification, enrollment, or when you add a phone to your member profile.

Types of messages you may receive

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typical active members receive 2–8 messages per month. You will never receive more than one marketing message per week.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any Kovo Credit text message to opt out of all SMS from Kovo Credit. You'll receive one final confirmation. To opt out of marketing messages only (but keep account alerts), log in to your member portal and update notification preferences.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any Kovo Credit text for support information, or contact us through our contact page.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Kovo Credit does not charge for sending or receiving SMS.

Supported carriers

Kovo Credit SMS works with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

TCPA compliance

Kovo Credit's SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging best practices, and the FCC's robocall rules. We never send SMS to numbers that haven't opted in.

Changes

If we materially change these SMS Terms, we'll notify active SMS members by text before the change takes effect.
